Hyper marketing School

In order to offer a comprehensive solution for training that allows for the systematic education of its staff, Libertad developed a Hyper marketing School. It was conceived based on a structure that is in line with the required skills for each organization level focusing on the processes, objectives, and outcomes. It was also aimed at enabling the development of the people encouraging constant learning. Additionally, it allows for personal development by encouraging continuous learning.
In this way, three degree programs were formulated; “Operative Retail Management”, Retail Management and Integrated Management of Retail Businesses.
These programs aim at the following goals:
Favoring the attraction and maintaining of the employees.
Adding value to the institutional image.
Facilitating the transference of know How.
Favoring the generation of replacement charts.
Reinforcing the commitment for self-development.
